I called a few days ago trying to get my car in for service, but they are booked up a week ahead.So that didn't work out. I had done business with them years ago, and was very pleased with the Service. I am not sure if it is still under same management.But ai was willing to try it, they don't have towing service anymore. So that was a little disappointing t9 me since I need a tow service.

Needed to replace heater hoses after one failed on trip from Atlanta. Ford dealer was too busy and recommended Auto Express. Larry and Cheryl were very helpful in confirming the required parts and in discussing repair options. They were flexible in scheduling repair after sourcing the parts. Great example of a small, family-owned business. I would always recommend them.

Driving from Southwestern NH to South FL. Two hours into our trip on a Saturday our A/C stopped working. It would work for short periods and then it would cease working again. Temps were in the 90s. When we got to the Brunswick area we could no longer take it. It was Monday so my husband suggested we find a Ford dealer. We did. They were two weeks out. Theorized might be one of a couple of different things none of which sounded good. They suggested we take the car to Auto Express. Glad we did. Turned out we just needed to recharge the freon. They were wicked nice, have a comfy and clean waiting area complete with a kitty to keep you entertained. Now we are on our way to Miami, traveling in comfort.
