Chad Berger5 StarI wouldn't normally respond to Robert Linds post. However, there's 2 sides to a story and his is strange. Our warranty,like most all repair shops offer a warranty that covers warranty repairs on work done as long as the repairs are made at our shop. I made multiple attempts to have his vehicle brought to our shop so that we could fix the issue (I have no idea if it was even a warranty issue) and he refused my help. I have no idea how you can complain about a business not trying to fix a problem when you won't allow them to help. Shame on me. From the start on the phone he complained about every shop that had ever done work for him. That should have been my first clue.Sunday 10th October 2021
