They have been the most honest reasonable auto repair shop. I had jiffy lube tell me I needed the suspension fixed took my car in for a second opinion and they said there is nothing wrong with it. Yesterday I did preventive maintenance on my vehicle called first to get a quote. They stuck to their word did not charge random fee here and there I was charge exactly what discussed. The guys are very respectful and genuine. I don’t know why I would bring my car to any other place.

After having my van's wheel bearing redone, I noticed there was still a bit of a grinding sound the day I left. I called Automasters and they asked me to bring it back in to be checked. I went in quite cranky. Not only did they take care of the simple fix for the grinding issue but they dealt with my cranky attitude. Very professional every time I've gone in there and the prices and timeliness is great! Thanks Automasters for taking care of my van and my bad attitude!
