I was visiting family in Orange Park and Jacksonville when my check engine light came on and my D (drive light) started to flash. This had me pretty freaked out as I didn't know what was going on and didn't live there. A friend recommended Mark at Auto-Metric to me. I have an '07 Honda Pilot and was told he was the guy to go to. They couldn't have been more right! Mark was easy to work with, great with my screaming kids and was able to assess the problem quickly. He was SUPER flexible with my busy schedule and was able to squeeze me in when it was convenient for me. The problem was a simple fix (Thank goodness!) and I couldn't have been more pleased with the price or the service. I will definitely go back to Mark if I have car problems the next time I'm in FL. Thanks for the awesome service!

My husband's car broke down and Mark was able to talk my husband through what to do over the phone to get the car going so we could get it to the shop. He ordered the part needed and had it installed by the end of the very next day. Great service, terrific mechanic work, and very reasonably priced.
