Guy is either DISHONEST OR INCOMPETENT!!! I got sold a vehicle that didn't even have a functional battery cable. The day I left with it I stopped for gas and it wouldn't start. When I brought it back i was billed $217 to fix a problem i was sold the car with, which didn't fix any of the other problems he sold me the car with. The vehicle had a lot of other problems, unbeknown to me as when a negative cable is bad the error codes constantly reset. I'd trust the worst politician before Beto. Guy is a great businessmen. He makes it so he can sell you a car that he can charge you more to fix. It's brilliant if you are dishonest like him. I called in January when i made my payment and said the car had been giving me problems for a month that i had to fix on the road. I guess your assistant can't remember that. I verbalized to YOU that the battery cable was bad the day i got it, but you have selective memory when it comes to being able to rip people off. I was on the road for two months after purchasing the vehicle having to fix things myself out of necessity. I don't have money to pay other shops for problems you dishonestly passed on to me. And I'm ready to go to court as i have witnesses that you sold me a junk car. I'll find out the lady you ripped off for the car by not fixing it and then passing it on to me too. My friend rigged the battery the day I left and a half of dozen people saw how you sold me a junk car. The moon roof was also broken. Let's go to court. I'm not paying money for you to sell me a junk car and fix the problems you sold to me with dishonestly. LET'S GO TO COURT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. It's funny i took it to you, a certified mechanic, and only thing that i got was a bill from you. Nothing changed on how my car ran. I still get overheating and the hybrid red triangle of death, which shuts the car off without warning. I know several other people in town you have wronged and I haven't lived there in years. One of them took you to court. I'm about to go leave it so it can get impounded. I don't want you to rip someone else off and pass a junk car to them too.

I had an appointment for 9am, dropped off my car early at 8am, they weren't able to finish it until almost 5pm that day. In addition I had to pick it up at a different location. Without my permission or even letting me know, they took my car to their second location. I wouldn't recommend them if your looking something on time or professional done. All I was scheduled for was a radiator flush and oil change.

Beto at auto pros is awesome. Treat him good he'll treat you good. I'm a mechanic myself an his work is solid. When you go in be patient he has alot going on with running his business.
