I had a broken control arm on my 2014 Altima I called and they told me I should contact a Nissan Dealership because there was a recall on certain makes and years. There was a voluntary recall on the control arms by Nissan which they fixed for free. I would completely trust this company since they did not just take my money. ( Since this was a voluntary recall Nissan did not notify the customers)

Last Thursday was not my day but after being towed to Auto Repair Inc with what turned out to be a dead engine, the people at this shop were a much needed bright spot! They were friendly, supportive and above and beyond helpful. It’s just great to know that this kind of kindness is alive and well. Thank you all!
