The price for an oil change was great. The employees, and I assume I met the owner, were very nice. I would have given 5 stars if the wait were shorter and their office where we were invited to wait were free of the overwhelming, bitter cigarette smoke odor. They warned us it would be a long wait because they already had a car on their one lift, so they had to wait for my vehicle to cool down before changing the oil. I'm not sure why the mileage they put on the oil change sticker was only around 2k miles more than what my vehicle currently is at. That is very low compared to how long I typically go between changes and may have been an error. It was a beautiful day, so we were able to wait outside and my kids played Simon Says and raced in the grass. Make sure if you plan to come that you call ahead and ask how long the wait will be. They told me I could come on when I called, but they didn't mention the wait on the phone. If you can't be around smoke, wear mosquito repellent or pants and sleeves, bring a lawn chair if you can't stand for long periods of time. Bring something to do or read either way, and especially bring a kids' activity if you have kids with you. Bubbles would be great. I'm glad I tried this place, aside from the wait and the smoke they have great customer service and they do accept cards. I will just plan better next time.
