Kaitlyn M5 StarMy husband and I had called several places for our key fob, before finding AutoSound. Each place we initially tried calling was dismissive (even rude) and we were told we would have to drive over and come in to be seen in person before we could receive any help.
We went into AutoSound and were in and out in 5 minutes. The man working the customer service was so friendly, their waiting area comfortable, and their bathrooms nice and clean. In the 5 minutes we spent waiting, we were asked by 2 other sales associates if we had been helped yet. James Bretta5 StarI made an appointment for my Tundra to have heated seats installed. I met with Ron on the floor and Jim who was the installer. From the time I arrived to the time I left, both were extremely polite and professional. The installation went smooth and I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Their level of Customer Service is second to none. I live more than 50 miles away but I can say the time spent to get to Auto Sound was well worth the ride for the way I was treated. Joe Raymond5 StarBrought my Audi in to be fitted with a subwoofer set up, the team at auto sound was super friendly and gave me a fair and honest estimate on a range of subwoofers and amps that were in my price range. I ended up purchasing a lovely alpine set up, the installation was done 4 hours after I dropped it off and the drop off/pick up process was seamless. Easily one of the best and fastest experiences I’ve had bringing my car to get modified, 10/10 would recommend these guys over some place like Best Buy any day of the week.Friday 7th January 2022
Michael Riley5 StarI called to inquire about a relatively (very!) small job - getting bluetooth connection in my daughter's 2007 Corolla. Ron suggested a new radio unit as a better, not particularly pricey, alternative. Within a minute or two, I had a quote and an appointment a few days out. The install was done right, and right on schedule. Like I said, a very small job, but A/S treated it like I suspect they treat medium and large jobs, which is to say, professionally.
When we picked up the Corolla, Ron also took the time to check out the speakers in my own truck, gave me practical advice and didn't try to "sell" me on speakers I don't really need.Tuesday 19th October 2021
