My wife and I dropped her Mercedes-Benz off because of some power steering problems. Luckily she had an extended warranty that she received when she bought the car. I will say that it took a week because they had to special order the parts, nonetheless, the parts came in within the time allowed and the car was fixed and the vehicle drives wonderfully. BUYER BEWARE: heavily inflated prices, nice people but they are price gouging. For example, for the parts, they wanted $280 for a water pump, while an OEM water pump was $166. What is causing the higher price if I can go to the store and get it $100 cheaper? Idler pulley was quoted at $71 when you can get one for $15, this was for all the parts they quoted.This all before labor was added in. I don’t recommend this place no matter how nice they may seem.
