Once we had picked up the vehicle the 2nd time, we brought it back in the following day for service again. Apparently it had something to do with a defective part. It happens I suppose from time to time. We were frustrated having to pay a large sum twice. The crew was super nice, though.Thursday 26th August 2021
Rachel Blalock5 StarExcellent customer service!! I was in a bind (paying Hertz **145$ A DAY** FOR A COMPACT CAR) and these guys went above and beyond to work me in for a diagnostic, and then were able to repair my spark plugs, cylinder, and an oil change the same day.
The charge was very reasonable, but it was the super customer service that *really* impressed me.
