My experience with Automotive Solutions was great, it really is a great story all the way around because I was going to go to Chicago Muffler and Breaks when I described my problem to them they suggested I go to Automotive Solutions, I appreciate that small businesses sticking together and also looking out for their customers....so I called them they said yes they could look at it, it may be 6 PM that very day but they would look at and let me know, before they did anything they called to confirm that it was OK that they went further once they couldn't diagnose it easily.... I gave my permission they looked into it further and they had it fixed within 24 hours of when I dropped it off, I as a single person with only one car appreciate their speedy kind service.... Have used these guys here and there over past decade and continue to enjoy the super friendly service, open and honest communication about what is what, and fair prices on the work offered. I had taken my old late nineties Lexus here in days past and recently my Civic. Both went in for minor issues that were addressed in good order and much better experience and overall attention to my budget then any dealer can come close to. They were quick to call back with updates and keep in touch throughout the stay of my Civic which due to a staff shortage took a day longer than they estimated but only because there was more work showing up as they went over the car then I knew about needing done. Eventually addressing shocks, brakes, hand brake issue, and commenting on my tire sensor pressure warning light being lit which was nice of them to notice; but I use Discount Tire for my wheel needs so no need to bother with that last bit. Really thankful to have these nice guys and a great location doing good work!
