As a single female, one of the things I worry about is being taken advantage of when I take my BMW in for service. I’ve gone to Automotive Specialists on at least 5 or 6 occasions now (over the past few years), and I will no longer go anywhere else. I honestly cannot recommend it enough. The owner, Jeff, is very involved. He knows me by name (which alone is rare these days) and makes me feel like my repair/service/issue is a priority. While those things mean a lot to me, the most important thing I can tell you is that Jeff runs his business with integrity. I recently had a situation with my 2017 BMW 328i and he could have easily handled it differently. Instead, he was completely honest and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I will continue to recommend Automotive Specialist to my friends, coworkers and family. Thank you Jeff! 5 stars!!

I ran my car out of coolant before I realized there was a problem and had it towed to Jeff and his team. This could have easily been an expensive problem to fix, but they diagnosed the issue, only a hose thank goodness, flushed and refilled the system, plus an oil change. VERY reasonable rates. Very thankful I was lucky enough to find them!

I love this place, Jeff is very knowledgable and he will not charge you for unnecessary repairs. He is honest, hard working and kind. I trust him as my auto repair shop. He is the best!!

I'm very upset because my minivan is making a very loud horrible embarrassing squealing noise that it wasn't making before I took it there plus it has a different exhaust smell that wasn't there before I took it there and in order for me to get it fixed I have to pay additional $300 plus for something that wasn't happening before I took it there...after already paying $2000 plus dollars. ...but the services that I originally went there for were taking care of. They were very informative on what I needed. Everyone that works there were very friendly. The place is clean and comfortable for those who may have to wait for their vehicle to be serviced.

Jeff and staff were fantastic. After my car sitting at another place and not being fixed I was able to get my car in immediately and it was fixed as promised, on time, at the estimated cost. I was referred to them by a friend and have already referred another friend and will definitely use them in the future.
