They do good work, are down to earth people and are honest with their prices. They are very thorough with the work they do! P.S. The negative review stating these people are lazy, won't answer the phone and messed up their vehicle performing an oil change is a review meant for another automotive shop across the lake. The negative review almost caused me not to use this shop, but I am glad I went ahead and used them based on the recommendation of a person I know and trust. I brought this negative review to the attention of the owner of Automotive Specialty, and he was aware of it but he said he didn't have a record of a customer by that name and he was unsure of how to get the negative review removed. Automotive Specialty has been in business for over 26 years, so they must know what they are doing and speaking from my experience of using them, I am well pleased with the quality of work they performed on my vehicle.
