Jilted manager wasn't happy that I didn't want anything done except an oil change despite the fact that I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived to pick the car up and he told me the cost, I said, "$107?!" he went into a tirade about how I wasn't supporting local businesses and the neighborhood because I declined what services he recommended.
