Dennis Thompson5 StarIt is difficult for a father when his daughter has a car issue away from home. I looked for a repair shop near her and found AutoStream. I have used the same mechanic (in my town) for over 20 years. I hated the idea of what was about to happen. Calling a mechanic that I was not familiar with to help my daughter with an emergency tire blowout. I am so happy I called AutoStream! They were responsive and took great care of my daughters car. Stu and Chad were so friendly, kind, and helpful. I requested air in my tires and Chad cheerfully said he would be glad to help. I was nervous about backing my car into busy W. 41st directly across the street from the entrance to the Giant shopping center. Stu said he would be happy to move my car and drive it into the repair bay. He also turned my car around so I could drive straight onto W. 41st St. AutoStream routinely positions cars so that customers can simply drive straight out of the parking lot, without backing up. I really appreciate this accommodation.

D J5 StarBest mechanics I ever had in my entire life! I needed major brake work and tires, along with other miscellaneous issues. I needed a new mechanic, and although I have been living in Baltimore for 10 years (I’m from D.C.), I never had any issues with my car until now. I took a chance on AutoStream because they had so many positive reviews. I’ve already told four people about them because their customer service was outstanding. I’ve already recommended them to three people, including my daughter. This location also has a shuttle service that took me back to my residence (I live close to their shop) and picked me up to take me back to the shop when my car was ready. The shuttle driver was super pleasant. I would highly recommend AutoStream.Wednesday 9th February 2022
