Nikki B5 StarI’m new to MD and traveled 30 miles to try this place based off of the great reviews I saw here. I can say that the standard of service matched the reviews and I was pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful, they completed my state inspection and oil change a little under the time they quoted me. I was able to sit do some work and take a couple of work calls while I waited and before I knew it my car was ready. They walked me through and made sure I understood the prioritization and impact of each item that they recommended for servicing. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. He is also incredibly fair when it comes to pricing and is not out to cheat you like other places I have been to in the past. Above all else, he is a good and honest man which is evident from the first few minutes of interacting with him. Lisa Hozey5 StarMy boyfriend brought his car here for the MD state inspection in preparation for getting his car registered in state. In having not had his car serviced in a few years, he anticipated needing work. Not only did AutoStream provide flexibility with dropping and picking up his car due to his work schedule, but also broke down his inspection and required services so he could understand required work versus the those services that may be nice to have and worth getting in the future. They provided invoice for work to be completed to pass inspection, and a second invoice should be wish to come back for some additional car maintenance. High quality work and service! They did not charge me for the inspection but the inspection was extremely thorough and I was really happy to see they took pictures of every single part of the inspection and sent it to me where I could look at it online and see every part of the inspection and why something did or did not pass. This was a very thorough and impressive job, especially considering they did it free of cost. I will always use this place and now I understand why they have five stars. I initially came to get my MD State Inspection and turns out the car had hidden issues that the owner/seller did not make me aware of🥴. However Garry & his team ensured I would be ok and I passed my inspection! I’m talking very Respectful, Very Knowledgeable, Very Upfront with repair cost & no hidden fees! I promise my car will go to no other shop unless of course Garry recommends them!
