From Corey who entertained all of my annoying questions prior to scheduling an appointment, to Alex who worked on my vehicle, to Joe who made the overall experience pleasant (and less painful)! With a foreign car, the maintenance can be expensive, but this team filled me in on what I needed to have done, the cost, and what could wait…I even got pictures of every part they diagnosed through the courtesy inspection!!! Who does THAT??? Definitely a great team to work with. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here again…AND THEY HAVE A WARRANTY ON THE LABOR AS WELL AS THE PARTS! But AutoStream was a transformative experience! It is what servicing a car SHOULD be -- entirely transparent and helpful. For once, I walked away without feeling like I was gouged.
