I’m new to Naples and didn’t know any mechanics. I had what I thought was a serious exhaust issue, so l contacted mufflerworks. They worked around my schedule, and arranged a ride for me to get to work. The staff was super considerate…. And in the end they fixed my issue for less that $100. Granted, not all repairs are that cheap. However, they could have taken me for $1,000+, and they didn’t. They were straight up, honest, and accurate. I’ll be back for anything else they happens to the truck. Satisfied customer!

Outstanding service and experience!!! I can’t even begin to say how satisfied and impressed I am with Muffler Works! I had just moved to Naples, my Jeep’s exhaust had gotten very loud! I called to make an appointment … they were very busy but the girl that answered the phone said I could bring it in to diagnose it! I took it right in! John was awesome, checked it out and said he couldn’t let me drive around like that, said it was a quick fix! 🙂 John asked me if I could be there at 8 the next morning, and he would fit me in! I did … and John took care of it, and had me on the road (and a happy camper), at 8:45! Many thanks to John and the folks at Muffler Works, from a new lifelong customer!!!

Great shop honest and knowledgeable about all components of car. Shop is so clean and well kept these guys take pride in their work. They don't try to upsell anything just tell you what needs to be done. You see a lot of high end classic cars being worked on here which indicates car guys trust them like family. Best shop in town.
