I called the South Store in Rochester MN and Joe answered. I asked if they could put in a tail light for me as I am disabled. Joe said “We sure can, just stop by and we will take care of you” I got to the store and Joe was already assisting another customer. He asked if I was there for the tail light. I said yes. He said just left finish up here and I will take care of you. He found the bulb and put it in for me. Mind you it is cold in January in MN. So he installed the tail light bulb. He was very cheerful and accommodating. It is rare to find these qualities today. By the fact that I am writing this is a testament of how impressed I was with Joe. Not just because he put in a tail light but his demeanor and desire to provide good service. He has my commendation and is an asset to Autozone.

I own/run an auto repair shop here in Rochester and this store is the worst part supplier I’ve ever had to do business with. On multiple different occasions I’ve put in orders for parts and the employees there seem to never put the order through. It’s so hard to deal with an organization like this that creates issues with my customers. At one point we stopped doing business with them. Then they send out a rep to talk to us and promised things would be different and they have gotten rid of all the problems in this store, that was a lie. Same problems as always, must be the people running the place. I will not be doing business with Autozone again.

First no one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything...secondly when I did find my 2 items and took them to counter the employee paid more attention to whomever was on the phone...I paid and all I heard from him was crickets singing...no thank you...no have a nice day...I even said as I left your so welcome for my patronage and yall have a nice day...no response from anyone...going to another auto parts store for sure...

Ordered parts to arrive at 1pm today for pickup. Store was to be open until 7pm. Tried calling all day with no answer and no recorded message. Drove there at 3:45 and store was closed. Store was closed all day. At least have the courtesy to record a message.
