This guy extremely rude and vulgar. He treats his customers as if they are inconveniencing him. I took my truck to him, and when I told him what I thought was wrong with it, keep in mind he asked, he told me I was “stupid and had no idea what I was talking about.” He did this while cussing at me. I did absolutely nothing to provoke this behavior from him. And when all was said and done…he didn’t even work on my truck. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone. Don’t waste your time.

Ive contacted them twice for prospective automotive work and it seems like they look for excuses to not take customers. First time was for a brake job as the brakes went out in my truck. He told us he could get to it in a few weeks (we obviously went elsewhere as it was a safety concern). The next time we needed to have an alternator replaced and he said they don’t work on German cars (despite their sign saying they work on foreign cars and their website having a picture of a BMW). Outside of doing normal oil changes, not sure how this place is in business. Go to the Local Wrench in Belfair. We’ve found they treat their customers like they’re valued and not an annoyance like they do at Ayers.
