My air went out and I stopped in based on seeing their reviews. John and Steve were great, Steve showed me what was going on (my condenser failed and needed to be replaced), and called the dealership to find out if it was under warranty for the option for me to take it to the dealer if it was. The dealer said it'd take a week before they'd be able to diagnose and get to it, and Steve would be able to do it that day. I opted for AZ Auto Air to fix and it was done in a few hours, plus they let me know to contact GM about getting reimbursement since the issue is still under warranty and the dealer wouldn't be able to get it in timely and without being a major and pricey inconvenience. Super nice, helpful, and trustworthy. Definitely recommend this shop.

Shop is easily accessible just east of the I-10 off Elliott Rd next to Coca-Cola plant. Staff is highly communicative and will thoroughly educate you on your auto issue. Prices are competitive. Overall AZ Auto Air is great at full services, trustworthy and give a confidence when you're using them for their services. I highly recommend.

Recently had the fuel pump replaced. Was done when promised and no issues at a fair price. They went above and beyond excellent customer service as usual. All around great car repair business. And my AC is still icy cold from service years ago! Owner took the time to call and verify reason for bringing car in and called when work was complete. Seems like a good, honest guy/shop, not like dealer service locations trying to upsell unnecessary parts or services. Cannot say enough good things about this business. The only place I trust to work on my car! They have another customer for life.

Old school shop and not out to make a buck. Brought my car in for an inspection and was told they did not recommend any service at this time as there was nothing glaringly wrong. The owner, Steve suggested I come back on a warmer day when they would be able to more accurately check pressures and see if there was a problem. They gave me sound advice and didn’t charge a dime. Thank you AZ Auto Air for your honesty!
