I didn't talk to the owner once which is absolutely fine. The man was taking care of cars and the man who ran the desk was competent. They inspected, repaired, and tested my car effectively and the price was reasonable for the repairs they made. This is the third time my family has taken a car there and every time we have been treated right.

They have had my truck for 2 months now!! It was a job covered by a warranty and they refused to work with the warranty company so it came out of my pocket and then they pushed me out in a lot and forgot about me!! The secretary Troy told me oil changes and break changes are more important than my big job and they can’t lose small jobs just to do my big job??!! They won’t even give me an idea of when it might be done they just don’t care!! The owner won’t even have the decency to talk to me in person or return my phone calls. This is a joke and they aren’t worth the headache just go to a better shop that’s more professional.

Very friendly and quite helpful over the phone, Tony was kind enough and more than patient with all my questions and scheduling changes based on part deliveries (not their doing), everything was about getting us in and what needed done, the way and time we wanted to get it done. So amazing to see such great customer service still alive, without on penny given in return. The work will be done this week and I and quite sure it will be done right and to our high standards, thank you Tony!

We had taken our truck in for a diagnosis test. When the truck left our driveway there was transmission fluid leaking. As I was calling her she called me. To tell me the diagnosis test came back no problems. The truck is good. Really no issues at all. I know they had transmission fluid on there gradge floor. I guarantee it. They let her drive off. Not one word.Which will destroy a engine. Don't go to this shop. A Bunch Of LIARS and THIEVES!!!!!!!

Now Express Auto! They saved me thousands of dollars with my Jeep. Another shop had misdiagnosed my vehicle, i took it to Express Auto for a second opinion and they fixed my Jeep for $135 instead of $2000.
