B & J Automotive is the best garage I have ever encountered. I would go further to say that B & J Automotive is the most reliable and trustworthy of any business that I have encountered. This superlative experience is based on being their customer for ten years. In that time my car has never broken down, and I have consistently received expert advice and service. With B & J, I have the same confidence that my mechanic is looking out for my best interests as I have with my doctor. Prices are reasonable (especially for the high quality of service) and services are timely. In ten years, I have never had any problems with the repairs and maintenance performed. The ownership has always treated me with friendliness and respect.

I always receive top-notch, go-out-of-their-way service from B&J. Once my sister who was in town visiting had car trouble on the highway, and the owner came over and had her drive his car while he drove hers in to the shop, just in case. He ended up fixing something small but advising her to get it fixed at home, and did not charge her. This type of service is very typical - they are honest, hard-working people who want your car to be safe for you to drive. They readily drive customers to home or work and pick them up when needed, and other such customer care that means going out of their way. And they keep great records and take excellent care of my car, so my minivan with 206,000 miles will probably last another 100,000! I always know I am paying the right price and getting great care for my car.
