Took my 2015 RAM 1500 in to have leaking exhaust manifolds repaired. I was able to drop my truck off the same day I called. Mechanic looked at it the next day. I then received an email and text about repairs needed plus and very comprehensive check up on everything complete with pics. I then called them and received another email for quote on doing the repairs. You just approve the ones you want done. After I approved work to be done I received another phone call to let me know parts would be ordered and truck should be ready for pick up Friday afternoon. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday the same week. Talk about fast turn around. Mechanic did a great job my truck no longer has exhaust leak and is running great. Both Tiffany and Nicole are very sweet and give excellent customer service. Bottom line if you want a mechanic shop you can trust, save you money, great customer service and a hometown feel look no further than Barrett Automotive. The kind folks at Barrett will be getting my automotive needs for now on.

Bought a car last fall, with out realizing the ac had a leak. Ended up having to park it for 9 months, and it was a mess when we wanted to drive it again. We took it to Barrett and the diagnosed everything, issues we weren’t even aware of. They gave us a price and time frame estimate for everything, including a 3 year warranty on all parts and labor. Not only did they stay within estimate, but the car was ready first thing in the morning! We are beyond happy with their work, and the car drives better than the day we bought it. More than happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future. Can not recommend them enough!

In my opinion Barrett's went above and beyond serving me. Not only did Justin walk down the road to meet me while stranded, he made phone calls on the side of the road, gave me an accurate timeline, and even helped me get back home safely. Also Tiffany at the desk was great with her customer service, she kept me informed 100% of the way. Barrett's has earned a customer
