Barretts did a private seller used truck evaluation for me because I'm about 8+ hours away. They were very professional, communicated throughout the entire process, and treated me as if I was a regular customer local to them. They evaluated the trucks exterior, interior, and mechanical condition in great detail. This really helped ease my mind to prevent me from wasting a bunch of gas, money, and time for a potentially bad purchase. If I were local to their shop they would have earned a very loyal customer. I would highly recommended Barretts!!!

I took a vehicle to get everything right on it since I just bought it and ended up with more problems than when I took it in. They had the truck for 3 weeks and, after the first time, talked to them and them telling me they would call at the end of the day. I called back 2 days later because I didn't hear back and no answer. I then used my friends phone, and they answered the first ring. Just some shady people and the problems they supposedly fixed were way more money than it should have been . I'd stay clear of this shop for sure.
