Bass fixed an odd manufacturer's defect in the floorboard of my Chevrolet Equinox and were professional, fairly priced and fast. I lived right up the road at the time and they were nice enough to give me a ride to and from the shop for the few days I was without a car.

Super good people. I was having issues with my truck a/c. No shops around were able to get me in for a couple of days. Luckily the sweet lady at the dealership referred me to Bass automotive. They were waiting on me when I arrived. They treated me EXCELLENT! There are still great people in this world. I can’t thank the folks over at Bass enough. Next time I’m coming thru Louisiana I will stop by just to see them. Thank you all again.
