Joshua Pederson1 StarMade an appointment to have my transmission flushed Monday morning at 9AM. I was told they would have the truck all morning, so I cleared my morning. They had the truck until 3:30, they charged me $125 more for the service than I was quoted, and I was never called for a consultation or even to pick up my truck, I had to call them.
I always prefer to try to help the small guys but this will be the only time I use this shop unfortunately.
Extra polite and great customer service, but overall totally dissatisfied with my experience.Wednesday 26th January 2022
Hugo D5 StarI'm a traveller and my car's transfer case exploded in the middle of the night. Battleborn was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few hours the next day, at a reasonable price.
