Just stopped to get help with my a/c blowing warm and cold air and mechanic Chad helped me by changing my air filter for free and being very kind and courteous. I will definitely come back to Bays for additional work on my a/c because of the kindness he showed and his professionalism.

Great place for honest, professional care. The mechanics are all great gentlemen and people people. They're very good for diagnostics and advice, won't bug you to spend more than you need to. It honestly makes you feel like you're taking your car to a handy friend rather than a business and I love that. I know the young man who works super hard at the desk a lot is in the process of buying the business and it couldn't go into better hands. Thank you Bays Auto!!

Great experience! Helped me right away as a walk-in and completed oil change while I waited. Also checked brakes and confirmed I had more life left in them. Quan, the shop foreman, is very professional and friendly. All staff I encountered very customer service oriented
