It was our vacation! the mountain did us in! went to Walmart to check what was wrong and found that the Alternator was burned out(burning as we looked at it) and melting the wires! the place they recommended did not work but we saw this place as we went in. I checked and help was just that close! I met Rob (the owner) and could not have met a better person!! He took the time to look at the car and knew what to do! the price was consistent (better) with what I found on line and we were taken very well of! If every I am in Colorado Springs and need ANYTHING...I would come back here. thank you Rob.

I am from Northern Arizona, and I was interested in buying a vehicle from a local dealership. I needed a "wellness" check done before buying, as I was out of state and could not test drive it. I called BRC, and Susie answered the phone. She was very polite and professional. Within a few minutes she had me an estimate and a schedule to have the vehicle picked up and inspected. Within a couple hours the whole process was complete, and the inspection was beyond what I expected. She called me back promptly and explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. The final price was exactly what she quoted me. I have done this several times, in various cities. This is the best experience I have ever had. Thank you to Susie and the great team at BRC Auto.
