Ronald Wright1 StarMike from the shop hung up all I did was ask if my vehicle had been looked at 24hr after its scheduled time he stated it had not so i stated i would be picking it up not able to manage time
Had my vehicle on Wednesday for a friday am appointment checked with them on Saturday late morning and found out they had not even looked at it yet no call or communication from any one not professional in the least and hey what's the point of an appointment I dont need my vehicle I dont know of any incident in life that allows people to be 24hrs plus late but Beckman doesn't seem to mind makes me wonder about the quality of repairs and the mechanics that work hereFriday 28th February 2020
