Jim and Chris were amazing to do business with. I recently bought an 04 chevy avalanche, and it needed a fuel pump- badly. Both Jim and Chris got me in and out quick, and were very respectful and honest. I had an issue with one of the clips coming off of the fuel pump hoses a day after, and my fuel pump started to leak. Jim was very helpful, and repaired it- free of charge. These gentlemen have earned my respect and business. I look forward to doing more business with Bell Automotive Service!

Their lifetime warranty is bs we paid $ 400.00 had the right hub fixed at bell automtive We were told it had lifetime warranty it went out stopped by the shop nobody there called no answer, left a message with home phone # no call back so we had to pay another shop to fix it another $400.00 out of our pocket in less than 2 years that's 800.00 total I recommend Jim's in cottonwood he is a good mechanic with fair prices

This Mechanic was revered by a friend! I was right in trusting Er! This guy is Honest and fair. His father owned this shop before it was handed down to him. He has old world values and work ethics! M going back son with some tire issues. I’m totally safe in putting my trust in him. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable. And he doesn’t try to gouge you! Highly recommend!!!
