The age old saying is that people will always be quick to write a bad review, and seldom will they take the time to write a good one. Well I’m here to say that Ben’s Automotive has earned my trust and respect. I had a last minute change and they were able to reschedule me in a timely manner, and go above and beyond to meet my needs. When I arrived I was greeted by a gentlemen named Richard who was very kind and informative about the appointment and what services they had to offer. They pulled my vehicle in and explained the whole process to me about what had to be done to get my exhaust to work. Then Ben the owner came in and reassured me that he would be able to get the job done and at a very respectful price. 1 hour later and the job was done. The whole time while waiting Richard talked to me about other services they had to offer for some of my other issues with my vehicle. I felt reassured that these gentleman were honest and trustworthy. I’m truly blown away by how amazing the quality of the work and the professionalism I received while at Ben’s. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted but the quality of the welds and craftsmanship truly shows. Ben and his crew are truly talented in their craft. Cars to me are like family. I’ve always had a hard time trusting others to work on my vehicle, but Ben has earned my trust and I will be back!

Ben’s has officially earned me as a loyal customer. They were fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Repaired my truck’s AC for nearly half the cost of a major repair shop.
