The communication of the owner / employees is lacking. They never answer the phone or return calls. I dropped a vehicle off that I did not really care how long it took, however I was constantly told that it would be ready and when I showed up was told to wait another week. All in all it took 3 weeks over the time they told me but the biggest issue was they would not tell me when my vehicle was done so I had to just show up and ask (since they don't pick up the phone). I really wanted to support these guys since they are local and a family run place it seems. However after listening to the way the owner not only talked to me, but other customers as well. I would recommend you take your vehicle to Spokane for repairs.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Great service, GREAT staff!! Ordered my windshield on Friday, installed on Monday...they gave me a ride home AND delivered the car!! Can't say enuf good things about these folks!! Can't beat the price, and it's so very rare these days to get such wonderful & friendly customer service. Thanks again!!
