Melissa Pucci5 StarI live an hour away. I drove to Bellefontaine to pick something up from a store downtown, rather than having it shipped. My car started acting up and wouldn't accelerate correctly. The store owner gave me directions to Birt's. I got there about 45 minutes before closing and explained I was from out of town. They were incredibly understanding and friendly. They squeezed me in right before closing and even stayed over to fix my car and get me and my children safely back on the road. I am very grateful for their kindness in helping us.
