They do not try to get you to pay for more than you need. They are very friendly and helpful. Another shop in town did their best but only made the problem worse. BJ’s team totally saved the day! They were extraordinarily professional, communicative and beyond competent in diagnosing a challenging problem and providing an effective solution - all in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
