Just keep being impressed by Ryan and his expertise. He solved problems that 'Red Rock Auto' (the dedicated German repair shop in Sedona) couldn't even diagnose. Then he solved a braking problem in my VW bug that was due to a vacuum leak... i didn't even know that could happen! I know from experience that this shop is busy everyday of the week. I always like to speak with mechanics directly and Ryan takes the time to answer phone calls personally. I try to be organized when I speak with him and despite him most certainly being in the middle of a job, he always gives me useful guidance. Most recently he correctly surmised , over the phone without even seeing the vehicle, that a rodent that I was pretty sure had snuck in and died somewhere would be near the cabin air filter. Sure enough, I took the dash apart and there it was nested (dead) beside the intake of the cabin air filter. Wow am I grateful I got rid of that thing so quickly! You are appreciated Ryan!
