Very friendly staff/owners. I booked online and was checked in pretty quick. They were busy but that just meant more time to shop on BI. I trusted what they said I’ll need to get repaired/maintained in the future on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler as it gets on in mileage. The pricing was very reasonable also. All in all I have found my new repair shop. Very happy with the service here.

Blue Canary has serviced my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon since I arrived on Bainbridge Island 5 years ago. They are not only excellent mechanics, they really “get” how much I love my Jeep. They are trust-worthy, too—if they tell me a repair is needed I am confident that it is. And their staff are super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service I’ve received from Clint, Kerry, and now Jeremy. Two thumbs up, five stars, five diamonds...by any measure, Blue Canary is awesome!

Stopped by this place on a Sunday morning for a car wash. It wasn't clear what the process was before I drove in, but the attendant was really helpful and chilled out, it made the whole experience great.
