Amazing service from Donald 👌🏽 Thank you for your Professionalism and Courtesy You are a great customer service representative and Mechanic The shop is doing good by having you at the counter to be the face of this company From our conversations over the phone right down to the diagnosis of my vehicle you made sure to communicate, be attentive and explain everything so I understood exactly where we were at in the process Thank you for being personable Thank you for fixing my vehicle in such a short amount of time I highly recommend Boradori Automotive to anyone who wants a trustworthy, accountable auto shop to service their vehicles needs I was judging your service from the moment I called, walked into the shop, to the very end when you handed the keys back to me All I can say is WOW Great job guys! Professional and downright nice people. Its getting tough to find competant mechanics to work on my older truck. I didn't feel like i was being talked down to. Nice people! And they didn't rip me off! Boradori Automotive is my new go to shop.

**MUST READ** THEY FLATTENED MY TIRE ON A TRANSMISSION REPAIR AND ARE REFUSING TO FIX IT. Took my car in for a TRANSMISSION issue, RETURNED IT WITH A FLAT TIRE! Insane! Sal has refused to reimburse me, saying “it could happen anywhere”. Then they said “if you come here we can hand you a used tire” I said “how does that help me? I think $70-100 off my invoice would be fair” Then he finally relented and said "I'll have to find out what a used tire costs and call you back." Never did. How RIDICULOUS, that you feel you can send a car home , with a tire that you’ve flattened in the first place, AT A REPAIR SHOP and then refuse to reimburse the customer. I’m disputing this charge with the credit card company. You are insane. Tow truck driver repeatedly stated they drove it out with a flat tire. I will remove this review when you make this right. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WILL ACTUALLY MAKE YOUR CAR WORSE! You better be very careful what you say in your response, if you choose to start lying, you should be aware that is called DEFAMATION!

I'm really not one to write reviews, I honestly never have above average experiences anywhere I go, but Luke gave me the best customer service I've received from a mechanic. He was knowledgable, positive, and patient. Beforehand he identified the potential issues and explained them to me. Afterwards he walked me through how the parts were broken and how they were negatively effecting the car. I appreciate his work on my car and I will most definitely be using Boradori for any future maintenance.
