I had never been to this garage before. I live in Morgantown. I was treated like an old friend. During the time I had the device on my vehicle, some other repair issues arose. After taking care of the interlock calibration, Tom Bosch (the owner) asked the mechanic to assist me. Having no compliance failures of my own, when a tire installation garage allowed the interlock to time out I got nervous. I called the garage on a Friday afternoon, Tom answered. He got me in at 6:00 the next morning, I was back on the road in less than fifteen minutes. My lawyer never found out how long I was supposed to have the interlock installed. Tom knew my situation, and gave me a phone number of DUI advocates. I am now in the process of getting it removed, after two years installed. One year longer than I was required to. Thank you very much to Tom Bosch and Bosch Automotive. I highly recommend them! I was very skeptical bringing my car to a new mechanic, as I have had some bad luck in the past. I not only have great service for my car, the staff is exceptionally kind, caring, and very honest. I have called in with some crazy questions, and may have been majorly repetitive but they have always been very accommodating. I will be referring people if anyone asks! Tom, and his employees treated me like family 👪, my car broke down and I was from out of town, I would have been stranded without Tom's help.It only took Tom 1 day to get me on my way. Forever grateful.
