Aaron Faurot5 StarAlways nice when you observe a mechanic shop doing honest work. I was there a few weeks ago getting brakes done and I watched them raise another customer's car up on the lift, inspect it, lower it, and call their customer. It turns out the dealer told the customer that the brakes had almost nothing left and needed replacement, and when brakes plus went to do it they saw that the brakes were in fact almost brand new and let the customer know instead of just changing the brakes and making a profit off it!Wednesday 23rd March 2022

Diana Stroyls5 StarSteven, the general manager, and his crew came across as honest, trustworthy, and competent. While the dealership for my vehicle discovered high brake wear, their quote to replace the pads and rotors was way high. Steven was able to give me an approximate quote for the work over the phone, and he honored it after the work. His crew was there to take my car promptly at our 8 am appointment time, they double checked the wear, walked me through the repair needs and costs, and had me out the door in about an hour.
