I just returned from my first visit to the Brakes Plus Evans location for a standard oil change and vehicle inspection, and sat down immediately at my computer to write this review. I was recommended here by a coworker, and I now I see why! Bri at the front desk displayed exemplary customer service, she is friendly and obviously well-versed in how to address common requests and issues. I also spent my time inside while I waited, and I overheard her talking about how much she likes her job and specifically working with the crew at the Evans location. I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but as a customer it was a really nice thing to hear! Jay looked at my car, and he was also just as friendly. He took the time to really explain to me what issues they'd found in the inspection and even took me out into the repair bay to show me what was going on. I didn't have the time or money to do a full repair today, but he offered the option of financing, and when I opted out of that, he was frank about what to expect until I can get in to have everything taken care of and assured me it shouldn't be a safety issue right now. When I can better plan for the repair, I will certainly be scheduling here again. The shop is a bit out of the way for me, but it's easy to get to via Evans or Colorado, and well worth the extra distance. I will take professionalism and kindness over convenience any day!

I love this location in particular, very helpful and very good at doing their job! Very helpful and time efficient. They helped me with multiple issues on my vehicle to make it safe to drive again! I will not use anybody else outside of this location for brakes work, they for sure have my loyalty! The staff was very helpful and very friendly, very great customer service! I enjoyed the experience they presented to me while they had my car! Totally trust them with my vehicle!

When you find a caring, honest mechanic shop, you stick with them. These guys have been that for me for years. I've moved from that side of town, but I'll still always come down for service. Bonus that they are right next to the light rail. Great shop, don't hesitate to let them take care of your vehicle!

I have been going to this Brakes Plus for over a decade. They are always honest, do great work, warranty their work, and don't keep me waiting. Adam is the best!!! Today I went in because my friend said I had no tail lights and no brake lights. I made an appointment the night before online. After a short wait Adam said my fuse went out, he replaced it and there was no charge. They also filled up my windshield wiper fluid and filled my tires to pressure. They told me I had a huge nail in my front tire!! They are the best!!

Adam and his crew are the best. They always make me feel like a neighbor and make sure I am always taken care of. They offer great services for very competitive prices and make sure that the job is done right. I have never been disappointed in the work and I recommend them to everyone I know. I drive down from Thornton just to get the services I need done with them!
