Ryan was great from start to finish! I came in for brakes and knew there was a problem with my axle but was going to get it fixed at a later date. Ryan and “ole school” gave me a great inspection and price to have my axel, brakes and alignment done. I’ve driven my car for two days prior to leaving a review and must say the work was well done. They even stayed late to make sure my repairs were done properly. I will for sure be back for any additional repairs within their scope. Very trustworthy establishment. 10/10 would recommend.

Brakes Plus in Carrollton is absolutely fantastic! The staff is very friendly and they actually care about why you’re there. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ryan, he is very knowledgeable and respectful. He took the time to explain what I needed and handled my car with care! Definitely worth my time and I would come back if need be.

Came into Brakes Plus with my brakes dragging like chains.. Ryan came right out to assist me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He assured me that my car would be well taken care. My car was out less than an hour and i was very much impressed. The brakes felt tight. Before I had to step to the floor. This is an awesome team! It feels good to have your car worked on , by employees that are smiling and having fun. Keep up the good work.. and i praised who ever hired this great staff. #happycustomer

Went for a much needed oil change after a road trip to/from Houston. The entire team was amazing, friendly, and quick. Ryan took great care of me and explained to me the work that will need to be done soon. They were able to fit me and other walk ins in alongside set appointments. The inside was clean and they politely offered coffee/water. Even made friends with others who were in the waiting room. Think I found my new place for my car needs.

Mike the GM is very polite and the guys who worked on my truck came in clutch for me. This is also not the first time I've been here. Everyone has done exceptional work on my truck at this place. My catalytic converters were stolen and within 2 days I had my truck back good as new. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. But here they fare for customers all day!!! Thanks guys!!!
