we stopped in to have a tire changed one of the technicians missed me by inches with a truck of another customer and hit the jack holding our vehicles front drivers corner up. the tech said let me know when I hit you as he nearly hit me instead of asking me to move or waiting for our simple tire change job to be complete so I could move our car with my family in it....I work with the public I will be sharing my poor and what could have quickly become deadly experience with as many people as will listen

Thought I should share my one experience with Bratz 10 years ago, I will never go back. I was just gifted a car from a family member and I took it for an oil change. After I waited in the store for 30 mins they come back in. They had the nerve to go through my glovebox for the registration and told me don't come back until it was in my name. 4 vehicles later still won't return. Oh and when I went back to my regular mechanic they told me the same oil filter they put on was still there. So Bratz had charged me for a oil change and didn't even change the filter.

For having a small business in a small town you would think they'd have a little more respect for the people in their community! Rude and unprofessional be quite honest and this isn't even the first time, but it will be the last!! Many other places to choose that actually have the ability and respect for their customers..
