They will hold your car for days “to diagnose”. Only to tell you they can’t fix it. The girl that answers the phone has minimal customer service skills.

They aren't knowledgeable At all. Took days to try to see if they could fix a car I had and charged me per day that they tried to figure it out. The bill was worth more than the car itself. In the end, I let them keep the car. Never again.

Unfortunately I had to keep taking it back for the same repair. And each time they charged me an additional charge. I finally took it to other mechanic (cause their Wack repair job and defective part had me broken on the side of the road) which by the way the other repair shop repaired it at a much cheaper price!! I then went back to Blaircliffe for a refund on the defective part they put on my car, and owner Steve was very rude towards me. Telling me I am no car expert! and he wont honor the warranty nor refund my monies for the defective part!!!

This was my first time there and I have to give a shout out to Chet! I needed a few things done to my car and the service was excellent I left very happy and very satisfied! I definitely recommend Briarcliffe Auto Service!
