Wendy Patterson1 StarArrived early before emissions testing window opened (first come first serve, no appts.) Guy at the counter said it would be over an hour wait cause his “other appointments” came first. Asked if I wanted to wait or come back in an hour, to which I stated that would force me to lose my place “in line”. After just 30 seconds, he began complaining to another mechanic in front of me and the other lady patiently waiting that “everyone and their mother want emissions testing today.” I got up and left. Went to another shop down the road and was in, done and out in less than 15min without the rude attitude. I will NEVER use this shop for anything.Friday 10th December 2021
