Our vehicle broke down outside Brookings on the way to a family vacation. It was after hours, dark and raining. The owner of Brookings Automotive still met the tow truck at the shop to talk with us about what we needed. They had it diagnosed and the part on the way the next day. Since we had no transportation, they gave us a ride in their own vehicle to a place we were staying. They worked overtime to complete the repair and get us on the road before we were even ready. They talked to us every step of the way, were on schedule, and under their budget. I have never had a shop perform in a way that showed this much care for their customers and dedication to their business. I very highly recommend this business.

Top notch people here. I needed some work done on my van and stopped in. Got an appointment the following week. Came back for my appointment, got my vehicle right in. Happy with the work that was done and confident it was done properly. All the employees and mechanics were nice and had smiles on their faces. I will definitely be back for any work I need done in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on. Thank you guys, you are appreciated.
