I’ve brought my personal vehicles to BT for a long time. I have always received great service. Today was especially great. My wife’s car had a flat tire at the last second and she was supposed to be leaving for Salt Lake. I popped in with fingers crossed and they took care of me immediately. Awesome customer service.

Took one my cars here that hadn't been used in a long time thinking it need brakes and they called me and told me the brakes still had most of the life left In them so they didn't have to be changed. I took another car in that I had just bought to get the brakes done and they told me the front had been changed but the back needed new ones so I only had to buy the back ones. They had the opportunity to take advantage twice and they called me instead and let me know that I didn't need them. They've gotta be the most honest and kind people that do this kind of work in richfield and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs some kind of wheel work done

Great locally owned tire shop. I called the day before for an appointment to get 2 tires with leaks fixed and a spare switched out. They were ready when I got there and had me back on the road in short order. The employees seemed hard working, diligent and knew their business. No small thing in todays world.
