Christine Roberts5 StarI took my 2013 Kia Soul+ in for a Tune Up and asked that they check out my steering as I was having a clicking sound when turning. I tend to be a bit guarded in automotive shops but this one is a very relaxed shop. They're super friendly and personable here. They were able to give me a call later that day and let me know what was wrong, broke down the cost of repairs and had her fixed up in a timely manner even though they were PACKED!! I do recommend this shop and will be visiting in the future for any needed repairs.Monday 14th February 2022

Mary Walther5 StarRecently (as my car is getting older) I have been several times to Bullitt Automotive. It is so nice to have a relationship with an honest and affordable car repair company. They are always professional and honest about cost and price of repairs. They are also very quick about getting me in to help fix both large and small repairs. They are so honest that when a repair need to be done that happened to have a recall from the dealer, they told me take it in for the recall rather than spend money on something that would cost me to have had them fix. Our family is so grateful to have them and know we can hang onto our cars for a few years longer and avoid a new car payment. The lobby area is also very nice and comfortable.
