My F350 started running rough and the check engine light came on. Multiple misfires detected so I changed all 8 coils, all 8 plug wires and all 16 plugs. Still ran poorly so I contacted Burlington Automotive. They recommended a reputable tow service that got my truck safely to their beautiful shop. I had an excellent experience with this automotive repair company! Tonya kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process and promptly informed me of the costs and options. They offered me a loaner vehicle when my other truck's clutch went out. They even complimented me on my efforts changing all of the ignition components. The service technician found a fractured valve spring so I had all 16 changed. My truck runs perfectly now. This company took my truck in with no notice or appointment and began working on it immediately! Thank you so much for everything and I know where I will always take my vehicles for service!

Try em , you’ll love em! This business is 💯 percent customer service oriented, start to finish. I found them in the Yellow Pages of a phone book from my mailbox. My awesome experience: 1. The employee walked out to my car to check out exactly what I wanted fixing. She listened and wrote down my concerns. 2. An repair appointment was made within a few days, along with a printed estimate of the work to be done. 3. They provided a courtesy van for home to shop service. 4. The work done was just what I asked w/no add on expenses. And they vacuumed the car interior And polished up my steering wheel and dash. AND gave me a coupon for a free car wash down the street from them. 5. I asked them to let me know if other work needed doing. When I picked up the car they had printed out what needed to be done and the cost. 6. Oh yes, the premises, inside and out, were spotless; there were newspapers to read; coffee, tea and pop was available. A TV was in the waiting room- turned to home improvement ( not news media). I give Burlington Auto Repair ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I thanked them by paying my bill and leaving them a plateful of homemade oatmeal-raisin cookies!

Very nice waiting area with free coffee (good, too!) cold drinks, bottled water, snd a fireplace. I may go there just to hang out and read! Very professional and friendly staff. Easy repair but they did a good job. They really want to earn your repeat business! Free shuttle service, too.

Highly recommend. I usually do all my own work unless outside the scope of my home garage capabilities. Needed the transmission replaced and the crew at Burlington Automotive readily gave me multiple options to choose from (new, used, etc) as my car has 276K miles on it. Work was done as requested/suggested, they checked out a couple extra items at my request and took care of a number of improper maintenance actions performed by a previous establishment (stripped/incorrect hardware). I and my significant others trust and rely on Burlington Automotive to get us back on the road.
