Tracy Palma5 StarMy boyfriend is a pretty mechanically inclined guy and is usually very critical of shops, but agreed this one is in a league of its own. From my initial phone call through service all the way to pickup I was kept well informed as to what the problem may be, what the problem was diagnosed as, the costs and repair time. I am extremely satisfied with the entire shop. From a girl perspective it was refreshing to find a clean shop I can set my purse down in or not look before I take an seat! It’s evident the owner definitely takes pride in his business. I spoke with 3 different guys throughout the repair and all of them were very professional and familiar with my vehicle nobody had to look anything up. It felt like going to a family garage where you were their number one priority. I was extremely happy with the cost and quality. Karen Pratt5 StarOther than my rear brakes getting replaced. I had issues with my car back in July, that CARSS took time to figure out the problem. I think all techs had a chance to drive my car to get the issue to replicate! Took awhile, but it finally got fixed! Don’t ask me the technicalities, but my Honda drives better now…and starts up appropriately.
